Ålvundeid bedehusforeining er eigar og drivar av bedehuset. Alle som er aktive i det som skjer på bedehuset, kan vere med i foreininga. Huset fungerer som bedehus og menighetshus for Ålvundeid og Ålvundfjord og blir bruka til kristne møte, aktivitetar for born og unge, ulike selskap, minnesamvær og andre samlingar.
